In 2023 Dalares resampled three historical trenches channeled in the outcropped massive albite-spodumene pegmatite ‘Bariernaya’ dike located in the south of the Bayash tenement and collected 31 channel samples (5x20 cm) throughout the dyke. The assay results from Anzaplan (Germany) showed two (2) mineralized intercepts abounding in lithium within a lithium mineralization zone associated with albite-spodumene pegmatites.
The assay summary for Li highest grade intercepts are as follows:
The 3 m intercept in K-49 trench revealed the average elemental Li grade of 2,201 ppm with the maximum Li grade of 4,562 ppm.
The 1 m intercept in K-160 trench revealed the average Li grade of 2,238 ppm with the maximum Li grade reaching 3,124 ppm.
In addition to lithium, the assay results showed significant tin (Sn) concentration up to 1,192 ppm in several intervals of the resampled trenches.
