is a 100% privately owned company incorporated and operated under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was established in 2015 by Farkhat Yergaliyev, a private entrepreneur, and SED LLP, a Kazakhstan-based private engineering company. Dalares is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The Project is located in the Kalba-Narym (Eastern Kazakhstan) - Burchum (China) rare element metallogenic belt with over 50 years of history of mining and processing of tantalum, beryllium and tin.
Lithium in the area is associated with LCT pegmatites, the lithium-bearing zones containing up to 80% of spodumene. The project includes two adjacent LCT pegmatites - Kene and Bayash.
