The Project is in Eastern Kazakhstan Province, 25 km to the south of Ust-Kamenogorsk, capital of the province (Figure 1). 

The Project site is easily accessible by motor transport using the paved public road.

Bayash and kene licenses

 In 2019 Dalares was awarded two exploration licenses by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Eastern Kazakhstan:

Kene License No. 45-EL dated 14.03.2019 for 6 years includes 9 blocks for exploration of rare elements including Lithium; and

Baysh License No. 57-EL dated 03.04.2019 for 6 years includes 7 blocks for exploration of rare elements including Lithium.

In accordance with Article 193 (2) of the Subsoil Use Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the exploration license can be extended one time for 5 years.
